Data we receive

When you contact us or ask for a consultation, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, company, website and message. Do not send passwords, keys, source code or customer data. The server also records technical data needed to handle requests.

Purposes and legal bases

We use correspondence to answer you and discuss possible work, relying on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR as appropriate to the enquiry. Technical data supports site operation and security under legitimate interests. Google Analytics runs only after consent if activated.

Recipients

Hosting, email and infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to operate the site and handle messages. If you enable analytics, its provider may also process analytics data.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses an essential form session and remembers your theme, analytics choice and whether a consultation invitation was shown. After consent, Google Analytics 4 may store _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish users and sessions; their default lifetime is up to 2 years, subject to browser limits. Analytics does not run before consent. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Retention

We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the enquiry and afterwards as needed to document the contact or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Contract-related records may have longer statutory retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and where applicable portability or object to processing. You can withdraw analytics consent through the site settings. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Your choice

Providing contact data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it. We do not make automated decisions about you based on the contact form.
